Traditional Acupressure
Acupressure, use same principle as Acupuncture but without needles.
Acupressure is an ancient Chinese healing art that uses the hands to stimulate key points on body meridians to trigger the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these points are stimulated in proper ways, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body's life force to aid healing.
Acupuncture and Acupressure use the same acupoints, but Acupuncture employs needles, while Acupressure uses gentle but firm pressure of fingers, palms, fists, and elbows.
Traditional foot reflexology
Not simple foot massage, but more importantly to get all your internal organs and glands massaged.
First Relax Express incorporates the Acupressure techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine (T.C.M.) into Reflexology. Although reflexology is based on the theory of "zones" instead of T.C.M.'s theory of "meridians" or energy pathways, both treatments are based on the principle that working on specific points can bring about a therapeutic effect in other parts of the body.
